Pet Policy - Mandatory Pet Registration

Due to complaints and pet owner bad behavior we are going to be starting the enforcement of the Pet Policy.
Due to bad behavior with pets onsite at Terra Commons, and the complaints that have followed, the Pet Policy that we have, in conjunction with the rules in the Declaration, we are going to be enforcing the rules laid out in regards to pets.
The first step in this enforcement is that all owners must register their pets with the property manager. All units will be given a notice in the coming days that has a registration form attached to it. All owners must fill out the form and give to the property manager. Failure to comply could lead to the eviction of your pet.
During this initial registration period, we are going to be grandfathering in all pets currently on site (as long as the pet does not violate the City of Winnipeg pet by-laws). So even if your current pet breaks the rules laid out in the Pet Policy you will be allowed to keep it on site due to it being grandfathered in. i.e. rules restricting the size of the pet.
After the initial registration period has ended all pets must be registered going forward and must meet the criteria as listed out in the Pet Policy.
As a friendly reminder, please ensure that you are picking up your pet's "waste" while walking with your pets to ensure the cleanliness of the site!
